Frequently Asked Questions
Everything you need to know about our first-aid training programs and volunteer opportunities. Can't find the answer? Reach out to our compassionate team.
What do these classes typically go over?
Our classes include learning how to perform basic wound case, responding to emergencies, and CPR. Each workshop is packed with a presentation, demos, and hands-on practice.
Are the certifications recognized nationally?
Yes, all our training programs are accredited by the National Health Safety Council. Upon successful completion, you will receive a digital and physical certificate that is valid for two years across all states.
What should I bring to my training session?
We provide all medical supplies and training manikins. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing as there will be practical exercises on the floor. A notebook and pen are helpful for jotting down key life-saving tips.
Can I volunteer without prior medical experience?
Absolutely. We believe compassion is the only prerequisite. We offer comprehensive "Level 0" training for all new volunteers, covering communication skills and basic emergency response protocols before you join a team.
How are my donations used?
90% of all donations go directly into funding subsidized training kits for underprivileged communities. The remaining 10% supports our local volunteer outreach coordinators and emergency equipment maintenance.
